I make it 6 years without anti-depressants and now I think I might need something for anxiety. This procrastination bit is getting out of control...

I like this. Lean and spare. Says a lot in a little. Reminiscent of, say, e.e. cummings. Did you compose it?
And I dig both anxiety and procrastination. The latter is a coping mechanism for the former. Sometimes accountability helps. Sometimes wriiing helps. May we all be shown the way we should go.
