What is it with outwardly confident and domineering girls being interested in me? I'm overly passive, you probably won't agree with more than half of what I believe, I hate being told and pressured into things more than once, I'm the farthest thing from impulsive and I'm slow as fuck, and I very much value my eccentricities. The more you get to know me, the more you will not like me; I can assure you of this.

You sound interesting!
Because, inside, they probably harbor some of the same ideals. Perhaps they just can't let it out through that hard exterior. Plus, opposites attract.
@s_a_r_a_h_1 - heh, why thank you; didn't expect to give that off, but I suppose it works
@DangerouslyOblivious - heh, yes, I don't doubt the possibility of that. But their mode of expression towards people and way they communicate most of the time is strikingly forward and very unwilling to bend. Even if they continue to find themselves attracted to me, I know it won't work the same on my end. I need someone rather similar to me (whether for better or for worse)
@thirst2 - Perfectly understandable. (:
